Our Mission:

What if you had a diary or journal that kept itself? What if you could just pick a random date from two years ago and see everything. Where you were, who you were with, what you were doing and what you were thinking. What if you could see a graph that showed where you spent most of your time or who you spent the most time with. What if you could actually visualize how you’ve changed and why?

Creating this tool is our mission at memcache.me We believe every life is amazing. But we have a different view on why every life is amazing. Yes the big milestones in life are important, but we think of life more as a mosaic of big memories and literally millions of “small memories”. Taken individually these “small memories” might seem insignificant, but when you put them all together they are just as important in making you amazing as the “big memories”.

Unfortunately these “small memories” are very fragile. They are easy to forget or if they are not forgotten it’s hard to understand just why you remembered them. We want your “small memories” to be impossible to lose, easy to retrieve, and easy to put in context.

The way we are doing this is by leveraging your social media history. We think that you should be able to keep a “cache” of your tweets, updates, check-ins and photos is in effect preserving your memories. By making it easy to keep a “cache” of your memories, and creating the ability for you to go back and organize these memories or add notes to them you now have the easiest way to keep a journal or diary ever created.
